SHIPPING RULES

US ORDERS
The shipping process begins as soon as your online purchase is completed, your payment is approved, the item is located, and the shipping address is verified.

We ship orders only on business days Monday - Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

 
Delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you have selected and the location of your delivery address.

APO/FPO military address orders as well as PO box orders are delivered longer and can take up to 21 days.

Shipping to third party shipping services is not available.

While making your order please specify only one shipping address since we don’t provide shipping to multiple addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders shipped to a delivery address outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. In this case you are considered the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations at the point of destination. Any charges for duties and taxes as well as other charges/fees for any special handling requirements and/or local regulations at destination associated with your order must be borne by you.

The prices for all items on our website are shown in US Dollars and don’t include any import duties, taxes, expedited and international shipping charges. The international shipping charge will be calculated in US Dollars at the checkout.
 
Making an international order you acknowledge and agree that the title to your purchase transfers to you immediately after exportation from United States and assume any risks and responsibilities for the import customs clearance, duties, taxes and delivery to your address.

ORDER TRACKING
Within 2 business days after you complete your order you will receive shipment confirmation email with your order’s tracking number. Due to variety of carriers we use the possibility to track your order may vary from carrier to carrier and very rare cases may not be available with the particular carrier.

 
RETURNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, LATTORI is pleased to offer a 14 day return policy for full-price merchandise and some sale items (items discounted 50% and more cannot be returned or exchanged) at your own cost.

This means you can return the unused, unworn (no makeup signs, other type of stains, odor, etc), in good condition, with all original hangtags and original packaging attached and intact. Items with any tags removed and that are found to be worn or damaged can’t be accepted. Final sale merchandise and items discounted 50% or more cannot be returned or exchanged, these items are "Sold As Is".

Please get in touch with us at info@lattori.com with your order number to proceed with your return.

All returns must be received at our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order otherwise your purchase will not be refunded. Please choose your shipping method accordingly.

You can return items purchased through www.lattori.com. Items purchased through any physical retail shops or wholesale partners have to be returned to them accordingly. 

 

For items damaged during shipment please get in touch with our customer support immediately within 2 days from receiving your order at info@lattori.com or send us a message using the contact form in the CONTACT US section. If you do not contact us within 2 days, we will not accept the claim. We will replace your items (subject to availability) or send you a refund as soon as we can at no charge to you after you return the damaged item to us using our free return service for all US orders. 


Your return will be processed with 15 business days after arrival at our warehouse. You will receive and email with the refund total when the return is complete. In a few business days after the return is complete the refund will be applied to your account. The refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card you used for the purchase. 

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item you do not want and place a new order on lattori.com

The shipping costs paid for the delivery are not returned.
